Nice Long Weekend

Greg had Monday off so we enjoyed a nice, long weekend at home. On Saturday Greg started painting our guest/downstairs bathroom - the color is "Cool Sky". I love it. We actually did a primer coat this time and it worked wonders. Okay, Greg did the primer and all the painting. My doctor recommended I not paint due to the fumes. Of course, instead, I cleaned the upstairs bathtub - man, the fumes from the cleaner were strong. So I hope baby Z2 hasn't ingested too much of the bad stuff!
That night we had dinner with friends -- she and I were sorority sisters and kept in good touch over the years. They also moved to Atlanta around the time I moved there, and then coincidentally moved back to the DC area in the last year or so. They joked about us moving again -- they wondered where they'd have to go to next! It was great fun - they are great cooks so it was a nice evening. James warmed up to them after a while and was especially interested in their cats. He loves to do the cat sign and say "tee" - we think he's saying a combination of "cat", "kitty", and "Monty".
On Sunday Greg did coat # 1 of the paint - that was all it took, save for some touch ups. Brilliant. Sunday was a quiet day - it was rainy and yucky outside so that was good. Yesterday (Monday) Greg came with James and me to our music class and then we had lunch at the Perfect Pita. It's SO GOOD. Then we puttered around the house and relaxed.
So a good weekend. I am feeling better each day, although I still have moments of queasiness and am disgusted by some food still. I swear with James at 12 weeks I felt fantastic. I am not sure what we're having this time...we'll see if we can not look on March 5 at the sonogram!
