Frustration is...

...walking into the Post Office at 11:56 a.m., seeing the crowd, looking at the number on the wall (# 10), slowly pulling out your number, seeing that it's # 36, and having a kindly woman next to you say "They're only on # 9." Needless to say, we didn't pull out our number and decided to go home. The packages we have aren't that crucial!
