The other day I was nursing Nate and James came over to watch, as he usually does. He said something about wanting mommy's milk. I had been waiting for this day to arrive but wasn't sure if it ever would...James nursed for 16 months and it was difficult to wean him (although it wasn't excrutiating or painful, but emotional for both of us).
So, anyway, I told him he could try. He leaned over, put his mouth near me...and....wait for it, wait for it....
He giggled.
Then he said, "I'm too big, mommy".
