So here's this week's menu...
Sunday: leftovers/frozen appetizers
Monday: bbq chicken, tator tots, green beans
Tuesday: Rachael Ray meat & potatoes burgers
Wednesday: jerk chicken (I'm going to Cooking Club with my moms group so will make extra of this for Greg for dinner)
Thursday: frozen lasagna, garlic bread, salad (my brother and family will be here for dinner following photos of the four grandsons)
Friday: pesto pasta (Greg will cook this -- we have a bunch of basil out on our deck so he'd like to cook with it)
Saturday: dinner with friends at their house (!)
Sunday: bbq with mom friends (I'm bringing spinach salad)
Today I used a coupon for $20 off my first Peapod grocery delivery order. I'm curious as to the quality of produce - more intrigued and happy about the $20 off. I'll let you know how it goes.
Thanks for the menus you guys provided. I have pasta e fagioli soup for next week and will also do Kelly's chicken chili soon....probably in the crock pot, which I'd hoped to break out this week. But it's going to be warm outside....I figure crock potting is for colder weather. :)

My mom (who ALWAYS makes a huge batch of steaming hot chicken corn soup to take with us to the beach every year) is in town this week so we are crockpotting tomorrow... In the 85 degree weather. I don't get the whole idea of crockpotting when the temps are above 70...
