Two of the comments I've received recently:
"When I first heard that you were going to have another boy, I thought, "Holy S***". But then I thought about it, and if anyone can handle three boys, it's Jenn."
"Well, you're not really a princess-y type, right?"
Gag. Thanks for opining on the subject of my children, people. Do I take these comments as compliments, insults, veiled compliments/insults?
It must be because I threw shotput in high school. :)

My two cents is that people who say stuff about boys either don't have them or don't have the one I have :) My son has brought me equal joy to my daughter and I was really hopeing for a boy 3rd time around[so happy my wish is going to come true]. Sure I'm glad I have a girl, she's fantastic.....but in my opinion three boys is fantastic too!
